Do you run only projects you build, or mine with other contractors too?
Both. We can run a project we build, but also coordinate contractors you already have - a designer, a developer, an agency. What matters is that someone holds the whole together.
How often do I get a report?
On a cadence that suits you - usually weekly, plus right away if something important comes up. The goal is that you never have to ask where we are.
Can I see the status myself, without asking?
Yes. Everything flows through Tabla, which you can see too - tasks, deadlines and progress are available to you at any moment.
What if the scope or deadline changes along the way?
We tell you the moment we notice, with a clear impact on deadline and price. No silent delays and no end-of-project bill that surprises you.
Is this a separate service or part of development?
It can be either. If we build the software or website, project management is already included; you can also take it standalone for a project run by others.
